As a small business we  always aim to please  and we are always looking at ways to improve. In keeping with this philosophy we welcome any feedback both positive and negative.

• Advise regarding the use of our instruments and implants is available free of charge – please email images and case details
• All products will be dispatched by express post unless otherwise stated. We can provide a tracking number upon request.
• ‘Post-runs’ will be done daily around 8-9 am so all orders must be received by 6 am.
• All unwanted or unused products can be returned within 14 business days for a full refund
• Invoices are to be paid in full within 14 days (overdue accounts may be subject to a monthly fee)
