Director. Tom is the company director and along with Annie is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company. Tom qualified in the United Kingdom in 2000 and has since been involved solely in small animal practice with the latter decade as a referral surgeon. In addition to running Veterinary Orthopaedics Tom has a ‘day job’ working ‘in the trenches’ as a specialist surgeon so he is very much ‘in tune’ with the needs, challenges and demands of a veterinary surgeon. Accounts. Annie assists in the day to day running of the administration side of Veterinary Orthopaedics and most importantly keeping Tom out of mischief. Annie is Australian born and bred having been raised on a mixed property in county New South Wales before moving to Toowoomba and working as an accountant. As part of her development Annie ventured to the United Kingdom and ten years later returned, via a four year stopover in America, married to Tom. Annie has a great deal of experience in cooperate finance including with financial planning for a number of veterinary practices. Annie was recently nominated for a top Australian Accountancy award.
